Russian Language Preparatory Course for Foreigners

Documents for admission: 

- Copy of a passport (must be valid during a year and a half after arrival to Russia);

Preparatory Course (online)

- Education certificate of the state-established form;

  A student has to prepay the state tax on issuing a  visa invitation for a foreign citizen .

Enrollment procedure starts in April,1st ,Application deadline – October,1st 

 

Admission to Bachelor Programs, Specialist Degree Programs and Master Programs

  1. Submit documents (can be submitted online)
  2. Pass entrance tests (canbe taken online);
  3. Submit enrollment (consent application);
  4. Sign a study contract;
  5. Pay tuition fee

A foreign citizen is to submit the following documents:

  • an application of the established form (to be filled in at the selection committee);
  • a copy of the document which certifies the identity of the applicant with a translation into Russian verified by a  lawyer ;
  • an original state-education certificate (or its duly certified copy), with a translation into Russian;
  • a certificate of recognition of the education document (if necessary) – to be issued in the “Glavekspertcentr”(Moscow) . For more information go  to  http://obrnadzor.gov.ru/en/nostrification/  and  http://obrnadzor.gov.ru/en/expert_centre/ 
  • a health certificate, stating that the candidate is fit for studies · with a translation into Russian · 4 photos 3x4.

Citizens of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus have the right to enroll both on a budget and on a paid basis

Deadline  for submitting   documents 

Full-time education on a paid basis (bachelor's degree, specialty): 20.06.2024-20.08.2024  

Exams: 20.07.2024 –  25.07.2024, 21.08.2024  -  26.08.2024

Part-time education (bachelor's degree, specialty) applicants have the same dates of the documents’ submission and exams as full-time ones.

RECEPTION DETAILS FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITHOUT CITIZENSHIP

 Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary appropriations in accordance with the international treaties of the Russian Federation, Federal laws or established by the Government of the Russian Federation quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter – the quota for education of foreign citizens), and also for the expense of individuals and legal entities in accordance with the treaties on rendering paid educational services.   

  • The admission to study within the quota for education of foreign citizens is carried out in accordance with the directions of the federal executive body responsible for the development of state policy and regulatory regulation in the field of higher education. Enrollment within the quota for the education of foreign citizens is made out by a separate order (orders) of the university.  Detailed Information on the site  -  https://education-in-russia.com
